Welcome to 102 Castle Rd. This fully furnished modern single family home welcomes your family with luxury amenities including a 65 inch television in the living room, full kitchen, and high-speed wireless internet. This home is located between Navarre and Fort Walton Beach. There is a new Publix supermarket a short ride to the west. Hurlburt Field is just a few miles east. Eglin AFB is about 30 minutes away to the main gate.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 6 people. This one story home features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This split bedroom layout allows for adults to be near the children, yet have privacy in the late hours. Please note that one of the bedrooms is locked off as an owner's room so we advertise this as a 3 bedroom house instead of 4 bedrooms.
TRANSIENT MILITARY & WINTER GUESTS: Pets (2) considered for long stays ($150 fee). Please include your desired start and end date in the message, and type of pet, if any.
House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age (military families accepted at 21 years of age). No smoking/no pets without authorization. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking inside of any kind.
This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
Parking: The driveway has room for four cars.
Check-in time: 4:00 pm
Check-out time: 10:00 am
Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, a starter supply of dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and facial tissues trash bags, hair dryers (this property has two), iron and ironing board; along with a welcome amenity kit of bathroom supplies.
Free Fun Program not valid for stays over 28 days. Program available March 1 - October 31 ONLY!! One ticket per activity per day.

The location of the property and all of the amenities were exactly as described. The only negative item about the property was the cleanliness of the floors as there was pet hair and dirt throughout the home, but not in large amounts that were noticeable to the eye. Fortunately there were some cleaning materials available for us to use to quickly clean the floors. The property served us well for our stay. If you’re looking to go to Fort Walton/Destin crossing the road can be difficult because of traffic. We would stay here again if available when we return to the area.

We found towels and linens in the washer and dryer that were left by the cleaning crew - evidently forgotten to be taken out and folded. We had to rewash and clean them ourselves to remove the smell. I don't believe this was the owners fault. The lawn needed cutting when we arrived and there was animal droppings in various areas. The lawn service did show up two days after we arrived. Some of the cookware, mostly metal cookie sheet type cookware had rust spots, but there were ample cups, glasses and dishware. The neighborhood was suspect, but there were no issues with our stay, and it was mostly a quiet area. Aside from these few issues, the design and comfort of the house was very nice. It met our needs and provided close access to our interest nearby. The service number, which we called about a lock issue, was exceptionally nice and took good care of us. It was a good stay.

Great, clean, & modern inside. The outside landscaping is poor to non existent. On our last night a neighbor was banging very loudly working in a garage after 11PM. The inside of the rental does not match the outside.
