Four brand new Queens size Sealy Posturepedic Euro top mattress (2 firm, 1 medium, 1 soft). All mattresses have soft protection sheets (safe from bedbug and other allergy concerns)
*Master Bedroom: First floor with a queen size pillow top (firm mattress) bed that fits two people. Large closet, iron and ironing table, nightstands, dresser, mirror, USBreading lamp, alarm clock, and ceiling fans. Bedroom has a 43" tv.
*Upstairs Bedroom: Upstairs private bedroom with 2 queen size pillow top (One firm and medium mattress) beds that fits two people each. Lots of closet storage, nightstand, dressers, mirrors, USB reading lamps, alarm clocks, and ceiling fans. Bedroom has a 43" tv.
*Upstairs Bedroom 2: Upstairs private bedroom with 1 queen size pillow top (Soft mattress) bed fits two people. Nightstand, dressers, reading lamps, alarm clock, and ceiling fan. Bedroom has a 43" tv.
*Pullout sofa: Full-size bed located in the living room

This is the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at! There was extra shampoo, soap, trash ags, toilet paper, they literally had everything you needed. Well except a crockpot that I bought and left there (hopefully they leave it for the next guest:)). Their boardgame collection is awesome!! We almost didnt need to bring our own, they had a bunch we brought. It sayed cool in the house, which we appreciated. They provide plenty of linens and towels. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The living room and dining room are all one room and very small. But the kitchen is large. The last guest left lots of dirty dishes that we had to clean (not owners fault) and clogged sinks we fixed (the ower offered to fix by why make him when we are cappable), neither of wich we minded we are home owners, we understand things happen. But what I did mind was getting an insurance claim for a front door that we literally opened and it wouldn't shut which I contacted the owner about right away and scuffs on the wall that were already there from the living room chairs (which we moved to sit in the middle of the room not against the wall) and the dining room chairs that we sat our kid in cause we saw there were already scuffs against the wall from the chairs. Not sure what other scuffs they were claiming, but we always treat a house as our home. We are not a rowdy family, we went to sightsee, visit family, play board games with our kids, watch movies, and relax. This was our vacation.

Nice location for our visit to DC. Convenient to several metro stops. Comfortable home for our family of 5.

The house was very clean and organized. I was surprised by all the stocked supplies, we didn’t run out of anything. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were friendly.
