**NEWLY WIDENED BEACH + GULF-FRONT VIEWS + DOG-FRIENDLY!**
Come enjoy Cape San Blas with a beautiful, newly renourished beach right in front of the townhouse! This dog-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front townhome puts you just steps from the sand, with incredible Gulf views, plenty of outdoor space, two king bedrooms, and room for the whole family.
Fall and winter are some of our favorite times on the Cape — fewer crowds, beautiful sunsets, mild weather, and plenty of room to relax on the new wide beach with your family and four-legged friends.
This is a three-level townhome, so please note that there are two sets of stairs between levels.
**MAIN LEVEL**
The main level features a large screened-in Gulf-side porch with a swing and dining area — a great spot for morning coffee, meals, or relaxing after a day on the beach.
Inside, the spacious living room includes a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
The dining table seats 8, with another 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. The well-equipped kitchen includes:
• Full-pot and single-cup coffee maker
• Ice maker
• Toaster
• Blender
• Electric kettle
• Extra-large griddle
A washer/dryer and half bath are also located on the main level.
**UPSTAIRS – 3 BEDROOMS**
**GULF-FRONT MASTER**
King bed, large closet with dresser, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, 43" Samsung Smart TV, and a private Gulf-view sundeck with seating.
**BAYSIDE KING BEDROOM**
King bed, large closet with dresser, 40" Samsung Smart TV, and a private deck overlooking the bay — a perfect place to catch the sunrise.
**BUNK/GAME ROOM**
Twin-over-full futon bunk bed, 32" Smart TV, retro Atari game system, and a full-size Pac-Man arcade game the kids will love.
The secondary bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.
**GULF-SIDE LOWER DECK**
The breezy first level has a large shaded deck overlooking the Gulf with a picnic table, outdoor shower, and gas grill — perfect after a day on the sand.
**THE BEACH**
One of the best parts of the property just got even better! Cape San Blas' recent beach-renourishment project has created a beautiful, wide stretch of beach directly in front of the townhouse, giving you even more room to spread out, play, walk the shoreline, and enjoy the Gulf.
Beach access is located on either side of the complex, and once you're on the sand, the entire beach is yours to enjoy. Cape San Blas beaches are public, so there's no need to worry about staying within a small section of beach in front of one property.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape San Blas property. If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back beach experience away from the crowds of larger Florida destinations, this is a great choice.One thing future guests should know is that our stay coincided with the Cape San Blas beach restoration project. The current beach conditions are significantly different from some of the older aerial photos online, and we found considerably more beach in front of the property than we expected. While we could see the restoration work during the day, it moved steadily along the shoreline and never interfered with our ability to enjoy the beach. There was still plenty of room to set up chairs, relax, and enjoy the Gulf. In fact, it was fascinating to watch from the balcony and gave us a unique appreciation for the effort being made to preserve and improve the shoreline. The project was moving quickly during our stay and may not even be noticeable to future guests once completed. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and well suited for families. We especially appreciated the Gulf views, the sound of the waves from inside the unit, the screened porch, plush towels, countertop ice maker, Pac-Man arcade machine, and the surprisingly well-equipped kitchen. Port St. Joe is close enough for groceries and restaurants while still allowing you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Cape San Blas. We would gladly stay here again and enjoyed our time slowing down and listening to the waves :)

We Love the Comfort (shy of 3 BIG Stairwells, straight up & Down! So guess this was good for a little ex cerise! Very Clean & Decor is Beachy! Quality Swing out on Balcony or go up a flight and there chase loungers (We had a Beautiful RAINY weekend or we cold of layed on Balcony to sunbathe, there’s also a table & Chairs on that Balcony… Views are Exquisite… quite local & TRULY Beachfront!! A bit of obstruction (Due to needed maintenance!) of Gulf due to The Projects ongoing to Protect Our Gulf! Thank You Jill for checking on us!

Lori was very nice , but before staying there and spending that kind of money I should be told about what’s going on , the beach was a mess , it’s going to take a long time before it’s fixed , the noise of the trucks working on the beach wasn’t relaxing at all ,, the pics on the website is sooo off ,, the property looks nothing like that on the outside , disappointing , and we didn’t have air until after we checked in the next day about 12 so it cut into us enjoying our total vacation, they did give us one night of our money back ,
