This charming 5-acre property features expansive outdoor patios and wooden decks, outdoor kitchen and BBQ smoker, a two bedroom house and a one-bedroom pool house suite surrounding a tranquil pool and waterfall spa.
With native landscaping, old growth live oak trees, abundant wildlife including rabbits, deer, raccoons and more, the rustic charm of the setting will inspire you. The property, pool, hot tub and beautiful outdoor spaces makes a great retreat for your friends and family!
Located just west of Buda, this property offers the amenities of Austin, the charm of Buda and the seclusion of 5 acres. To top it off, the host who lives in the back corner of the land, is available to address any concerns. Great place for gathering or beautiful retreat for quiet time alone! So much room to spread out, in the house, decks, pool area. Very relaxing around, and in the pool, loved it! We grilled outside and enjoyed watching TV while cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed for making family meals and the dining room had space for everyone. Our host was very quick to respond to questions and check in was a breeze! We really hated to leave!

We had a fabulous stay at Coffee Grounds! The place was extremely clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Jeff was a wonderful host—very attentive, prompt, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future!

What a beautiful little house nestled only a short distance away from downtown Austin. Perfect place to stay for a wedding near Hummingbird House. Mr. Jeff was super nice and helpful. He has a perfect little paradise. I would highly recommend it. Sincerely, Carla
