Meet Trolley Parton.

A retired vintage trolley, rescued from its former life and brought 100 miles to five acres of Tennessee woodland and pasture, this little piece of history has been given a second life—and a whole lot of love.

We spent two years transforming the old girl into an intimate retreat while keeping her original character intact.

And because no Tennessee treasure could live here without a little Dolly, you’ll find thoughtful, unexpected touches throughout that pay homage to the Queen herself.

✨ THE TROLLEY

The original powered trolley door is your entrance.

Inside, vintage character meets modern comfort, with color, texture and details chosen to make the space feel collected rather than manufactured.

There’s a queen bed, a cozy living area, a small library, a wine fridge, Keurig, tea, and honey.

You’ll also find a record player and classic vinyl—because a vintage trolley deserves a soundtrack.

🛁 SLOW DOWN

At the back of the trolley is your bedroom suite with a deep sitting tub, robes, bath salts and everything you need to settle in.

There’s also a dedicated Zen space for meditation, reading or simply checking out for a while.

Trolley Parton was created for rest and renewal.

🌲 OUTSIDE

Step onto your sprawling 400-square-foot deck overlooking the rolling pasture and surrounding woods.

Relax in the outdoor furniture, gather around the Solo Stove, watch a movie on the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth projector or simply listen to the sounds of the property.

Deer wander through. Birds are everywhere. Wildflowers change with the seasons.

💕 A LITTLE DOLLY

Dolly isn’t a theme here. She’s an inspiration.

You’ll find unique pieces throughout the trolley that celebrate Tennessee’s own Queen and the qualities we admire most: kindness, generosity, resilience and a big heart.

If only the world could be a little more like Dolly, we’d be alright.

Trolley Parton is in rural Doyle, about six miles from Sparta and close to some of Tennessee’s best waterfalls and outdoor adventures.

Rock Island State Park is about 10 minutes away, with Fall Creek Falls and Cummins Falls within an easy drive.
