Comfortable basement apartment with private entrance and convenient self-check-in via the keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen to cook meals. Flat screen smart fire T.V. Quiet residential neighborhood located close to Cornell, Airport, Ithaca College, restaurants, and downtown. Parking space for one vehicle in the driveway. TCAT bus stops one block from house. Note: The apartment is located on the basement level, so it keeps cool in the summer months, and there are 2 standing fans in the apartment for use if needed.

Clean, functional basement apartment in quiet neighborhood in Cayuga Heights about 7 minutes from Cornell. Everything works fine. My only suggested improvement would be to have a shade or darker blind in the bedroom so the sunlight doesn’t wake you up early.Thanks, James

We had a wonderful stay at this property near Cornell University. The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the campus while still offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return again in the future.

This location was in a residential neighborhood. It was a 3 minute drive to Cornell University. It is not within walking distance to the town.
