This is a brand new, custom built modern home with a private saltwater pool, located in a family friendly neighborhood, and just minutes from the crystal clear, emerald waters and white sands of Navarre Beach. This home away from home has something for everyone in the family and is perfect for your next trip to the area.
Inside is a spacious layout with an open concept living room, dining area, and brand new gourmet kitchen. The brand new kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances, luxury granite countertops, and high-end cookware. No expense was spared on the 3 bedrooms that come furnished with high-end Stearns & Foster, Sealy mattresses. Just off the living room is an open and bright covered patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool which is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon cocktails. There is an outdoor TV so you won't miss the game while hanging at the pool. This home is great for families as it comes equipped with child safety features such as a pool alarm and safety gate separating the back door from the pool!
Bring your pup along. This home can accommodate 1 dog up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $50. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.
The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park - steps from the beautiful white sand.

- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking
- A security deposit or Limited Damage Waiver is required at booking
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home.
- Respect the neighborhood - Pool / Patio hours are 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at this house. There was plenty of space for eight people. Including three rambunctious children. The property owner were nice enough to have beach chairs and a beach wagon available to use including some floats. The hammock in the backyard was chef’s kiss. I loved waking up in the morning and jump, jumping right in the pool. I lived my dream life this weekend. Thank you!

We absolutely loved this property! The pool was exceptional. The house was super clean. The only problem we had was we missed the fire pit. It was no longer working, but other than that it was an absolute wonderful property to stay at! Highly recommend! Location to everything is perfect and just minutes from the beach.

Fully stocked with everything you could need! Easy commutation with the host. SUPER close to everything. If I ever return to the area, would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place with a fantastic pool. It was also close to the beach, and neighborhood was very quiet which was nice. We stayed for four nights, and I can’t think of one negative thing about our stay! We will be back again! Thank you!
