You will be a five-minute walk to Windmark Beach using two new boardwalks or a quick drive to Mexico Beach. Enjoy the new pool, only a three-minute walk away, with beautiful views of the ocean behind it. The sunsets are amazing from the pool!
Beach carts and chairs are on the property for guests to use including bikes to enjoy on Old 98. The neighborhood pool is closeby, but guests can enjoy the 2nd pool (seasonally heated) at Windmark Town Center off of Goodmorning Street. Come enjoy this sleepy beach community off the forgotten coast today!

Spencer and Tiffany were the most amazing hosts we’ve had with a VRBO. They were quick to respond to questions and often offered suggestions for things in the area. The home was immaculate, stocked with beach accessories, large golf cart, and bikes for the whole family. All this contributed to what we believe was the best family vacation we’ve ever had…and we travel a lot to many different places. Don’t pass Emerald Shores in WindMark Beach up!

We stayed at the end of May and had a wonderful trip. The house was perfect for our group as we utilized all 5 bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms made getting ready in the morning and after a day at the beach very convenient. The house was clean and included a great starter set of soap, detergent, and trash bags. The golf cart was a great addition to the rental as it made going to and from the beach and the Windmark community very easy. The owners were very responsive to our questions and offered some great suggestions. Overall an excellent experience and we would rent again the next time we head to Port St Joe.

We had such a great stay at this home in Port St. Joe! The house truly had everything we needed, which made our trip so easy and relaxing. It was conveniently located close to the new pool, and the short walk to the beach without any stairs—was a huge plus, especially when pulling a beach wagon.If you’re looking to visit the heated pool, it’s just a quick 5–10 minute drive along the golf cart path, which was super convenient. We also loved that the house was stocked with all the beach chairs and toys we needed, so we didn’t have to bring or rent anything extra.Overall, it was the perfect setup for a stress-free beach trip, and we will definitely be coming back!
