Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of Pawleys at True Blue Golf Resort! Updated with many features, such as shiplap walls, dining table with built-in bench, LVT flooring, all stainless appliances, screened balcony, and stunning wooded view from this second floor unit.
The primary bedroom has a tempur pedic King bed with adjustable platform to raise your head or feet with the touch of a remote. The second bedroom has a plush double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up your favorite vacation recipes. Newer appliances with ice maker in the refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. Spices, oils, coffee, creamer, sugar, and a few basic necessities are all included.
The Living room is very airy and spacious with lots of light. Plenty of room to gather around for games or watch some movies on the large television with cable.
Enter the screened balcony from the living room and relax and take in the South Carolina sunrises with a cup of coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine. Sink into one of the chairs and enjoy the beautiful weather as you listen to birds and take in the natural landscape.
The True Blue golf community is just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island, specialty shoppes and boutiques, as well as numerous restaurants.
The on-site amenities are abundant, with multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ areas, golfing right on site, and beach within 5 min.
*LINENS INCLUDED (NO FEE) AND EASY NO CONTACT CHECK IN PROCEDURE - we give you a door lock code because the last thing you want to do after traveling to your vacation destination is make a stop to pick up the key!
If you are traveling with a pet, please make sure you paid the pet fee, that they are kept off all furniture/ beds and crated when left alone. They must be leashed when outside, and you must pick up after your pet.
Please note - there is NO elevator so you will need to be able to go up one flight of stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo! It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with lots of charming details and amenities. It’s a short drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely book again!

we stayed here and it was perfect. loved this spot. it’s a small walk to the pool. we drove most days which was a little unconvinced. but i’d stay here again. place was absolutely clean. had everything you could need in a vrbo. and the beds were ridiculously comfortable.

The mattress in the master is heaven. Worth the stay just for the sleep. Beautiful decor. Excellent location especially if your golfer (Caledonia & True Blue). Will bring the sticks next time. Marsh Walk is about 15 minutes away. Great music and good food! Was lucky to see the battle of the bands…Julio and the Saltines are a must see.Topped it off with Blackberry Smoke at the House of Blues. Great weekend getaway!
