About this house rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.
On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.
We have a 2 night minimum stay.
No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

The house was very clean inside. The outside area especially out the back door could use some work. Very close to places to eat and grocery. If disabled or older stairs to king bed are steep and there is carpet upstairs. We enjoyed our short stay. Could use lamps for reading in living room.

The host was always quick to respond and was very helpful. The house was beautiful and the yard was amazing. Just a couple of things that were less than ideal…Dog hair all over the house when we got there (the vacuum worked great though).Only 3 dishwasher pods for a family staying there for 9 days (we stocked them up so the next few guests should be just fine).Kitchen lacking in basic dishes like a whisk and a baking sheet. All in all, we were so happy to stay at this beautiful home.

Great location and communication. Smooth check in and out and the place is in a great area. Huge yard especially good if you're traveling with pets. Highly recommend this centrally located property in Greenville with easy access to everything in the area.

Only stayed one night as our rental home became available. The layout of the home was odd and the family room and kitchen are very small.
