Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking. This condo has a spacious living area with sofa, loveseat, and Spectrum TV features a four-seat dining room table located next to the long bar which separates it from the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed; and has a small TV. The downstairs bathroom includes a tub, with the sink/vanity located outside the room. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, two side tables, TV, and a big closet. The private upper deck overlooks the tennis court and pool. The upstairs bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. It features a tub/toilet with a dual sink vanity located on the outside. The loft offers two twin beds, with a small table and two chairs. There is also a small closet.
