Pasando Tiempo, “passing the time”, is a place to restore and rejuvenate. Start with stunning views of the sea oats, and lapping waves against the sugar-white sand beach. This two bedroom/two bath gulf-front condo offers easy beach access in a quiet, secluded area of beautiful Cape San Blas. Drop a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler into the wagon, and you are a boardwalk saunter away from the peaceful beauty of this very special area.
*The open-space kitchen and expansive common area invite friends and family to reconnect. The well appointed kitchen encourages in-house dining. There is a large dining table to enjoy a tasty meal of local steamed shrimp and corked champagne. Or, just take in the amazing view from the balcony which includes plenty of comfortable seating and a table for the morning paper and coffee.
*This 2nd-floor unit is easily accessible from the elevator.
The Club at Cape San Blas offers a community pool and hot tub available from 10 am to 10 pm. Find your escape at Pasando Tiempo…. our preferred way of passing time.

This condo has the most well-stocked, organized kitchen of any beach property I have visited. The entire unit was spic and span and we loved that there was no carpet. Our only disappointment was not finding any conch or olive shells on the beach, not from a lack of effort! Thank you for a cozy and peaceful home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were perfect. We wouldn't have changed a thing. We hope to return at a later date. So glad we booked!

Great location, fantastic property. Clean, well furnished. Towels, Toiletries, Kitchen supplies were premium. Great view and beach area was not crowded. Supplied beach furniture was a bonus, but could be upgraded!

The room itself was fine, and the property was very quiet, which we appreciated. However, the pool was not cleaned during the five days we were there and definitely needed attention, as there was sand and debris in it the entire time.Our biggest disappointment was the beach and water. The ocean at this location was brown and looked like muddy water rolling in. Someone told us it occasionally clears up, but based on what we saw during our stay, I would be surprised. Had I known this before booking, I would not have chosen the south end location.This was our first trip to the area, and we were very disappointed. We paid extra for an oceanfront room, but that ended up not mattering because the water was so unappealing that getting in it wasn't enjoyable.One additional concern was that the elevator permit displayed in the building appeared to be expired by several months. I am not sure if it had been renewed and simply not updated, but it was noticeable and raised some concerns about maintenance and compliance.Unfortunately, we would not choose this location again.
