About this house rental
Alders 24 Outpost Dr was practically designed for family ski weeks: two living areas, a private hot tub, and a heated garage for all the gear.

Upstairs, the adults gather around the stone fireplace and granite island while dinner cooks on the gas range and the mountain views do their thing through the big windows. The dining table seats six, and the vaulted great room has space for everyone to unwind together. Downstairs, the media lounge becomes kid headquarters - sectional, ottoman, big TV, and bedrooms close by, including a bunk room and a guest room with a desk for homework or remote work.
Eight guests sleep comfortably across the four stylish bedrooms, anchored by a primary suite whose balcony holds the crown jewel: a private hot tub with mountainside views, perfect after a day on Keystone's slopes. One of the best rentals we have ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices which is always so convenient. We cooked every night and had everything we needed for 8people without issue. They gave us plenty of dishwasher and laundry pods as well. Even though this isn’t ski in ski out the parking lot to river run is a 2 minute drive and they have a specific area for families that was never full even mid day. The owners also left us little sleds which we used to slide down the snow on the side of the house and the kids loved it. TVs are all smart TVs so we could cast anything and set up nintendo switch downstairs. Hot tub was already hot which is also always a bonus when you want to use it right away and not wait for it to warm up. We loved it and will 100% be here next year. Also to add Keystone ski school instructors were also the best we’ve ever had! Just the nicest and hilarious and the kids loved them!

Great place - clean, nice kitchen, private hot tub, etc. really nice to have 2 common living spaces too for folks to do different things.
The bus to keystone was awesome. The bus stop was so close we could see it from the front window.
Would definitely stay again!

the place is in a great location and the house is beautiful. The house was not cleaned very well before arriving, mainly the downstairs bathroom. There were shoe scuff marks on the walls but as long as we don't get charged for it.
All the neighbors have a BBQ grill on the front deck and a hot tub in the back deck. The ad said there was a hot tub at the place but there wasn't. I called the management and they said we can use the pool at hit tub at the resort but we had to make reservations which were booked for our entire stay. Really sucks when you expect to enjoy a hot tub in the cold mountain air and it's not there, funny thing is, there is a basket of towels by the door.
The plumbing was not good during our stay either. The shower drain in the master bedroom was slow and the downstairs toilet wouldn't flush. It got fixed but not until half our stay was over. Last thing that was an inconvenience was the door combination stopped working 3hrs before our check out time.
The little things make it such a pain when it could have been so great.
The place has a lot of potential.
