This 55 m² apartment, renovated in 2019, combines modern comfort with a warm, artistic atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals easily.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered: ventilators in every room, thick walls typical of the historic center, and curtains for privacy and shade. Even during Toulouse’s warm summer days, the apartment remains bright, calm, and inviting.

Our stay at Nathalie and Paulo’s was wonderful. They communicated well and were responsive at every step of the process. The apartment is well located; close to Pont Neuf, many shops, grocery stores and restaurants as well as being along the riverfront which is beautiful. The street is quite quiet at night, we slept well and felt safe. The apartment is well divided as the two bedrooms are at opposite ends and each have a bathroom so we both had our own quiet, private space. The only thing you can’t tell from the pictures is that it is partially below street level so we felt at first that we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy but soon realized that people mostly used the sidewalk on the side of the river. The place was clean, well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay. Definitely recommend.

This unit was superlative for our needs; well located and a short walk to everything of our interest. Note there is no street parking and the unit is partially below street level. An older building, but well tended and the owner is delightful. We were very happy with the rental.

Nicely appointed apartment in a good location, with attentive Hosts. The apartment has excellent exposure to the Garonne River, and is part of the olde town of Toulouse, which makes it an easy walk to all parts of the olde city. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars are all easily reachable by foot. The Hosts have outfitted the apartment well for both short and long stays, and they were easy to reach, and quick to respond to any questions.

Stayed for 3 nights near the end of August. Home was clean and had basically everything you need. The pictures made it look bigger than it was. Located on a busy street. If it is hot you will need your windows open and everyone that walks past looks straight in to bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Noise all night long. Our biggest issue is with the bars on the windows. Very unsafe as you can't get out if you need. Only one exit and a long dark hall to exit. We felt unsafe if there was a fire. Definitely not up to fire safety code.
