Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all bedrooms, both living rooms, the game room, the fully equipped kitchen, the private fenced-in yard with its pond and basketball hoop, and the spacious private driveway.

Bedroom Layout Clarification: Please be aware that the Paradise Room and the Seashore Room are located within an extra-large bedroom space. A curtain divider is available to create two semi-private rooms, but they are not fully separate or soundproof.
Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome a maximum of two pets for an additional non-refundable fee. To ensure the home remains pristine for all guests, pets are not permitted on any furniture.

Bedroom #4 & #5 are separated by a large curtain. While you can completely visually block off each room you may be able to hear fairly easily.

Monica was very communicative throughout the whole process and accommodating to the requests we made. The house was perfect, located just minutes walk from the beach and despite being pet-friendly, it was spotless. We would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay here! The views from the plentiful windows, and the large deck, were absolutely breathtaking! Everything was set up for our stay with kitchen, bed, and bathroom towels, extra blankets, soap, etc. The host responded to our questions quickly and took care of us during our stay.This is a beautiful area with interesting scenery, don't miss checking out the aquarium in Crescent City and the Battery Point Lighthouse. Of course the Redwood National and State Parks are a big draw as well as the beaches. It was windy and a bit chilly in early May so some warm clothing and layers are helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I could see us staying here again when we come back for a visit!

House is roomy, beds comfortable but we swept the floors because they weren't. Its a pet friendly house which is great but the floors and furniture definitely had dog hair all over them. The garbage outside was already full so we brought ours home.
