Welcome to State 48 Retreat Prescott Arizona. Do you need to get away from it all? Get some woods around you? Take a hike, go kayaking, go biking, or just sit on the deck watch the wildlife and the world go by.
This quiet getaway is conveniently located 10 minutes from Whiskey Row and Historic Downtown. Prescott is a city that is rich with history and charm. We are 30 minutes to Goldwater, Watson and Lynx Lakes. Like to hike? Go hiking right off of the deck and into Prescott National Forest.

We loved this cabin, the location, privacy, and views. The cabin is extremely well equipped, with more equipment kitchen-wise than we've ever seen in a rental. The kitchen is modern and upgraded, as are the baths. It was just the two of us and we did not use the upstairs at all with the exception at my guy used the bathroom sink as it is a little more spacious than the first floor bath sink! We should have followed the owner's directions because GPS took us in a really strange (long) route to get there. We realized after we arrived that his directions were perfect. About 12 minutes to downtown Prescott! The deck is spacious and partly covered, so if you want sun or shade you have your choice. There were some very small items that perhaps needed attention, but they did not detract from what was overall a really great experience. We would definitely book this cabin again next time we head to Prescott.
