Welcome to Coral Island Oasis!
Situated in the Coral Creek neighborhood in beautiful west Pensacola, this home is just a short drive to the sugar white sands of Perdido Key Florida. It is also a short drive to downtown Pensacola. This single family pool home is the perfect choice for your family's next vacation! The large, private, beautiful pool is perfect for those long hot summer days. There is also a screened in patio that is the perfect relaxing spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or reading. There is plenty of off street parking in the double driveway and 2 car garage.
Inside, this home has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, new high end furniture throughout, and mounted smart TVs. This large 3 bedroom home has a split floor plan that separates the primary suite from the other 2 bedrooms. The primary suite features a huge smart TV, walk in closet, and full bathroom. On the other side of the home is another full bathroom separating the other 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office with a designated work space in case you need to get some work done. This office/bedroom has a pullout queen sofa. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and mounted smart TV.
The huge living features a beautiful, leather reclining sofa and loveseat in addition to a matching lounge chair and ottoman. The huge mounted smart TV makes this living room the perfect place for watching the game. The living room is open to the formal dining room. Around the corner is the fully stocked, updated kitchen with newly painted cabinets, huge oversized island, new backsplash, and updated stainless steel appliances. There is another dining table just off the kitchen overlooking the back yard. This kitchen is definitely fully stocked and equipped to handle all of your family's meals.

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great since you can be downtown in Pensacola or at Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area in a flash. The major selling point is the pool and being able to park our car in the garage. I love the pool area and screened in porch area. That is where we spend most of our time since we are getting older (in our 50’s) and don’t like to drag all the gear to the beach anymore. We don’t do any cooking while on vacation except warming up some pizza rolls in the oven, but it does look like everything is well stocked if you were a family that did cooking on your vacation.My only suggestion is there’s plenty of space to put a nice fire pit in. That would be nice to be able to hang out in the evening. But we can’t say enough good things about this property and are very glad that we found it.I’m writing this as we’re headed back home to Missouri… Until next time!

Great location and neighborhood. Nice fenced in back yard with pool. Had everything you needed for the stay. Owners very responsive would definitely stay again

This was thee best rental I have ever rented through VRBO. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the pool was wonderful! It was close to Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach. The blue angels practice was close by also. Perfect stay!

Yes the kitchen was equipped. The pool water was too cold to get in during our stay. The house was very clean except for there was guck and mold build in bathroom sink I personally cleaned myself
