About this apartment rental
This 3 bedroom apartment is attractive by price, location and cleanliness. Towels and linen included, free wi-fi, free parking, only 400 meters from Old city of Dubrovnik and can accommodate up to 5 persons :)Can you imagine? :)Apartment is situated in Bogisic park in Dubrovnik enjoying beautiful view and bright interior. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms are with double beds, and one bedroom is with single bed.Kitchen has fridge, cutlery, stove, oven. There is one bathroom with bathtub, and another bathroom only with toilet.Apartment has TV, A/C and wireless internet connection.On the balcony you can enjoy in quiet and peaceful mornings, afternoon and evenings. Still very very centrally positioned, apartment is the best choice for families, groups of friends or couples and friends who want to enjoy private and calm vacation.Supermarket, agency, cafe bars are just 100-200 meters from apartment.Old Town of Dubrovnik is 5 min walk or 400 meters away from property. There is no need for bus to the Old town because it's really close.Bogisic park is great for kids or just afternoon sitting on the bench and reading the book.Hope you'll enjoy staying with us...Guests are booking whole apartment for themselves and not sharing nothing with anyone :)
The western entrance to the Old City is called Pile gate and it is part of the Pile area. It is like all transport hubs for the whole city, especially in tourist meaning. Almost all bus stops here and there is a taxi stations so this area can be very crowded and busy during the summertime. The Brsalje terrace with its view to part of the Western side of the Walls and fort Lovrijenac is a center of picturesque neighborhood Pile together with its little harbor called Beach Sulic or Kolorina. Wooden drawbridges which use to be raised every night in the past guide you to the very center of Old City and the main street called Placa or Stradun.(There is the same gate on the opposite, eastern side of the Old City called Ploče gate).This area offers you magnificent apartments with a view of the streets of the Old City and the Walls. Lots of shops and restaurants but mostly the vicinity of the Old City is the highlight of this area of the City of Dubrovnik.

Really nice apartment with a balcony and close enough to the old town to walk. We enjoyed not having to drive for a few days. The host met us at the property and was very kind and helpful and offered suggestions for things to do. We had a lovely stay here!

Great location that is only 10-15 min walk to Old Town with a parking spot directly in front if you are driving your car. However, due to Dubrovnik's local traffic restrictions, you will unlikely be able to drive to Old Town so be prepared for walking hills and stairs, especially on the way back, but that's pretty much anywhere in Dubrovnik. There are two small markets a short walk away where you can get all your necessities, as there is a bakery and a couple of restaurants. The views from the balcony are amazing as you are looking directly towards the Adriatic. If you are into hiking, trailhead to Srd is about a 5-min walk. The only item worth mentioning is the third bedroom is small, but if you are just using it to sleep, it is more than manageable. All in all, a wonderful place with a great location and it is highly recommended especially considering how communicative and helpful the host is.

The apartment is in a great location. It's clean, tidy, and looks like the listing photos. It's walking distance to everything you need - grocery, restaurants, Old Town, etc. The host and Marina were very responsive to our messages. Marina and her family made us feel very welcome and Marina was gracious to let us leave our luggage in the apartment before check-in.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. The shower was wonderfully hot and had good pressure, although it is quite a step up into the bath. We really appreciated the host meeting us on arrival and also for arranging the airport transfers for us. It is a relatively short downhill walk to the old city and there are convenience stores nearby for basics which the host directed us to. The only downside was the extremely noisy after-school creche next door and the noise of children and shouting parents in the apartment above us. Although this is not in the control of the host, it is something to be aware of because the noise was very loud - particularly between 4pm and 6.30pm from next door and early in the morning from the flat above.
