Alligator Point boasts 3 beautiful public beaches and Beach Access 1 is only a 3 minute drive.
Local restaurants include Angelo's Seafood Restaurant, The Seineyard at Rock Landing, Posey's Up the Creek Steam Room and Angelo's Seafood on Ochlockonee Bay.
Adventure awaits at Wakulla Springs State Park, Ochlockonee River State Park, the Gulf Specimen Aquarium, and the St. Marks Lighthouse and Wildlife Refuge.

This home is privately owned with management by Rent With Integrity, a family-owned property management company. We are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.
The Space
With 3 bedrooms: a king suite, queen and twin, 2 bathrooms have huge glass showers with tiled floors. The living area is open concept. A Florida Room is surrounded by windows overlooking the lagoon. The screened-in lanai has comfy couches and the deck below has Adirondack chairs. The gourmet kitchen showcases new sparkling granite countertops, stunning black sink and stainless steel appliances. New mini-split AC in each bedroom.
Dog friendly for 1 small dog, fenced in yard, non-smoking, sleeps 5 comfortably.
Amenities
Linens and towels, toaster, microwave, assorted coffee makers, dishwasher, fridge, new washer/dryer (ground level), broad band TVs (add your own streaming) in living room and primary bedroom, WiFi, AC, private outdoor shower. Front and back yards are fenced. A professional electric 88-key piano is available for those who play or dream of playing.

For the Birds is the perfect place for those who want quiet and lovely surroundings. From the comfortable back porch we had a perfect view of the dock and lagoon, where we saw great blue herons, otters, and mullet that leapt out of the water. There were two families of great crested flycatchers nesting in the birdhouses on either side of the porch, and we watched them fight off the red-bellied woodpecker that kept trying to invade. And there are white squirrels on the property, something we'd never seen before.

Nice quiet property that is very clean and well furnished. Easy enough access to the beach. Enjoyed the great view of the stars from the canal side deck. Our dog loved it too. Easy check in/out.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was advertised honestly. We loved being so close to the beach. Not to mention the beach was practically empty. We saw dolphins swimming for hours one day. Very clean. Property management had superb customer service and was also willing to ship an item we left. Only improvement I could suggest is to have locks on the bathroom doors and bedrooms, other than that it was perfect

My family and I spent a week here and couldn't be more pleased! We practically lived on the screened in porch, watching all the birds and wildlife. It was a short drive to the beach which was never crowded the whole week. There were a few very wonderful restaurants right across the bridge and a tiki Hut right on the point. We definitely plan to book here again.
