of the building, the apartment features bright, airy spaces with large
windows and a spacious terrace offering exceptional views.

well-maintained hardwood floors make the Nicol House Luxury apartment
very welcoming. A large living room welcomes guests with sofas,
armchairs, and a TV. From here, you can access the adjacent kitchen,
which is well-equipped for preparing meals.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. Rounding out the apartment are two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub and the other with a shower.

residential neighborhood is well-served. Everything is within walking
distance: restaurants, bars, shops, and all kinds of services.
The
location is ideal for reaching the city center, the historic center,
the port, and the waterfront, whether by car or public transportation.
Additionally, from here you can drive to all the most picturesque
coastal villages and inland towns in the Bari area.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in one bedroom and in the living area.
- The flat is on the eighth floor of a building (with elevator).
