*This home is located on the lake and has a community pool which by confirmation of this booking, you use and assume at your own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of their families and invitees. The owners/host are not responsible for any injuries to guests. We cannot control the weather or water conditions, and we make no guarantees that the lake will be safe for swimming and recreation. Please use common sense and follow all safety guidelines and laws. The guest assumes acknowledgement and understands these dangers upon reservation confirmation and is responsible for protecting themselves and all invitees at all times during their stay.

This home has a maximum allowance of 14 guests. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 14 guests. We just want to make sure expectations are upfront and complied with!

**PARKING: Please plan ahead, as parking is limited. There are 4 compact parking spaces in the driveway and 2 spaces in the garage. We encourage guests to carpool whenever possible. Overnight street parking is not allowed.
