Whether you're looking for a base camp for adventure or the perfect staycation, this destination has it all.
Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy. We do have exterior security cameras on the property to monitor traffic. They will be on during your stay.
If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire since we will need to hire an additional cleaner.
We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- To protect the wildlife in Cascade, we require your dog to be on a leash at all times when outside.
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

This was a cute cozy property , close to the town of divide and local brewery. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials . The hot tub was a nice edition and it was a good location for a couple or a family with its property and lay out . I would stay again
