About this apartment rental
Litchfield Retreat 514 - on the 5th floor and has a great view of the ocean at North Litchfield Beach. Totally remodeled and updated and no expense was spared. This condo is a spectacular showplace. The living area has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The living area is equipped with a wall mounted 55" HDTV-Smart TV. Extensive renovation include luxury ceramic tile plank flooring throughout, beautiful kitchen renovation with new cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is equipped with a French door refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet KitchenAid dishwasher, smooth cooktop, built-in convection oven and also 3 ply stainless steel pots and pans. The living, dining and kitchen areas are an open concept floor plan so that even when you are in the kitchen, you have the advantage of the view. The dining room has seating for 4 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Bedroom 1 has a wall of floor to ceiling windows to capture the ocean view. It has a king bed, and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and a bunk bed with singles. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a queen bed sleeper sofa. Other amenities include Blu-Ray/DVD Players.

There is plenty of parking available.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Rented this unit over Memorial Day weekend. Very easy to pick up keys and parking passes. This particular unit has been renovated and updated and is lovely. Beds are firm with nice linens. Living area clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to beach and drive to favorite golf spots and restaurants.
