About this house rental
All Smiles, at the north end of the Cape, is only steps from the emerald green waters of the Gulf, making it an easy walk to for shelling, fishing, or just relaxing on the sugar white sand of Cape San Blas. This home really stands out in the area of outdoor living areas. The ground floor deck is outfitted with and abundance of covered and uncovered seating, lounge chairs, swing bed, sectional couch and decor to rival the interior. You are not only on the beach, but you have a resort style venue which accommodates a large group in luxury!
It’s a short walk to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park where you can swim, kayak, paddle board and play in the Gulf and the Bay.
*The main level includes a spacious kitchen loaded with prep and serving amenities complimented by granite counter tops and a dining area. There is direct access from the dining area to a spacious deck.
*The main level also has high ceilings, and a wall of windows providing a bright, airy and open gathering space which features a 65” TV, books, board games and more. There are 2 guest rooms with TVs; a full bath and the laundry room complete the main level.
*The second level features the primary suite with a King bed, and a private sitting area on the deck. Also on this level is another king bedroom with a 55in TV and full bath.
This pet friendly property has a fenced area for your dog, an outdoor shower, propane grill, and covered parking.

Good but not great for our group. What we loved — The proximity to the beach really is ideal. It was so easy to spend the day there without a lot of excess because we could just walk right back to the house. The most awesome and unique aspect of this property was the set up for fur babies!! Every deck had pet gates and so long as we kept the furthest external gates closed, they could run around freely. It was great! What didn’t work for us was the layout. The primary master was the size of 2 bedrooms since it had its own “den” half, but we found that Spence to be wasted. On the main level, where the kitchen-dining-living space was, it was far too cramped. We were two families of 4–a different group might have found the layout of this home to be perfect for them. It just wasn’t for us. Setting that aside, we were also surprised to find some issues that we didn’t see mentioned in any reviews. Example; non-working exhaust fan in the 2nd master bath, zero designated storage for guest food in the kitchen (there was not one single empty drawer or cabinet), no remaining markings on the cooktop dials to know which knob when to which eye nor which direction was low vs high, and bath towels were “rationed” to one per guest. The sunset views are amazing from this house and to repeat, you can’t beat the beach being steps from the door and you can’t beat the space for the fur babies! Those two things really are wonderful.

Great location and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Location made it worth it, however the fitted sheets were so worn out they would not stay on the bed ! The floors were so dirty even at check in you have to wear shoes if you want clean feet for bedtime. Most pots are burnt or so soils I could not get them cleaned. The grill is TERRIBLE
