Three bedroom, 2 bath house with two covered boat parking spots with overhead lighting, charging capabilities and fan to keep you cool while rigging up for fishing Lake Sam Rayburn. 5 minutes to Twin Dikes Park and Umphreys Pavilion, when passing Tackle Addict.
Rayburn Country Club offers fine dining, golf, coffee shop, event venue and Sammy Ray's for a cocktail.

This home was just perfect for our stay in Brookeland visiting family! Super clean, lots of extras! The covered patio and large yard were a bonus. Would stay here again for sure! The host was easy to get a hold of and very attentive!

The house was more than adequate for our stay. The host was prompt with any communication and it’s fully stocked for a weekend of relaxing and cooking as well. Not even 5 minutes from the boat ramps.

There were some things that were disappointing, like not receiving our entry code for the house until 11pm on the first night, the covered patio was filthy and unusable and most of the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. Additionally were visited by Several creepy crawly visitors. Please add trash cans and clocks in the rooms and gix the 2nd bathroom door for privacy throughout
