About this house rental
Beautiful two story, marina front cottage. Upstairs master suite. Full kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Large whirpool tub. Access to Indian River. Walking distance to local antique mall and restaurant. Can sit on the dock and watch the sunrise. Perfect couples getaway.
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

This lovely cottage is located in between Sebastian and Melbourne. There are lots to do and plenty of places to eat. The Fish House on A1. The drive down Indian River Dr is a must. Stop by the Sebastian Clearwater, Marina restaurant.

Very clean and adequate for our stay. Loved the view of the river and having the outside furniture to sit and enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

We had a month vacation planned. The 2nd 2 weeks cancelled our stay last minute. So I went on a search again. I found this cute cottage. Cathy and Micheal the hosts were fabulous. They did not have the full 2 weeks available. They went above and beyond helping find us a place. I 100% recommend this cottage stay.the cottage has awesome water views almost out every window. The jet tub view was amazing. Thank you Cathy and Michael. We hope to return next year.
