Lion's Paw is a Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home located on the prestigious White Sands Drive located just 1/2 mile outside top ranking St. Joseph State Park. This family friendly home has it all for your seaside vacation! A full kitchen with all the bells and whistles, washer/dryer, screen porches, hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, fish cleaning table, and the list goes on and on. Lion's Paw features a large open floor plan with a large open living/dining, kitchen for that family time together. This level also features one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The top level features the master bedroom with a king and master bath complete with a private deck for that morning coffee or evening cocktails. This level also features another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. The ground level features the laundry area and the kids bunk room with a 1/2 bath. Wonderful for those little guys that want the adventure of climbing into wall mounted bunks! The home features covered parking with a 13 foot clearance for boats underneath the unit. Plentiful storage is supplied underneath as well! Perfect for the boaters! Lion's Paw is a short distance from the water with access via the community boardwalk. This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

The dryer broke , ran out of hot water the first day , oven kept turning itself off . There was alot of dust in hard to reach places
