The Space:

This beautifully renovated condo sits in the well-maintained Ponderosa complex, just a short walk from the base area of Mt. Crested Butte—perfect for enjoying world-famous steeps in winter and legendary single-track trails in summer.



The open-concept living space is ideal for the whole group, with a living room featuring a full-size sleeper sofa, electric fireplace, and TV. The dining area seats 6, with additional bar seating for 4 in the well-equipped, renovated galley kitchen.



Sleeping 6 comfortably, the condo offers a king master bedroom with ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a separate queen bed, near a full guest bathroom off the hallway. A lovely deck rounds out the space, perfect for enjoying late-afternoon sunsets.



After a day in the mountains, unwind in the community hot tub with some of the best valley views around, plus a communal grill available in summer and fall. Come experience this warm, comfortable condo and all Crested Butte has to offer!



No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  2 parking spaces are available for this condo. There is NO garage with this property!



Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally.  It is open from opening day to closing day of the ski season and will reopen mid-June and close after Labor Day.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except children (of all ages) traveling with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

HOA Parking Plan

Each unit at Ponderosa Condominiums is issued two (2) official Ponderosa Condominiums parking permits.  All vehicles on the premises must display an official Ponderosa parking permit.  The fee for replacement of a lost parking permit is $25.

No more than two vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Ponderosa Condominiums for each condominium unit.

Parking is permitted in designated areas only. This unit does not have a garage.

No motor homes, buses, or trailers are allowed at any location on the property.  No vehicle shall remain parked upon the property unless it is in good working condition and used for actual transportation.  Exterior parking is only for temporary parking of vehicles being used on a continuous basis and not for long-term parking or storage.  Vehicles in violation of these rules may be removed at owner's expense.

On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Easy walk to the base area. Across the street from the condo is the main skier parking lot.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the base area and hop on the free shuttle service that we have and go down to the town of Crested Butte.
