About this house rental
Welcome to Nanny & Pa's house! A country home originally built in the 1900s that has been recently updated. You'll find a welcoming, cozy atmosphere at this beautiful property. Relax and enjoy the views from the porch and watch the sun set over the pond. Bring your fishing pole and fish from the bank a while (only catch and release, please). Play games or watch a movie in one of the family rooms. Grill out on the patio and enjoy the fire pit. Slow down and enjoy the outdoors, or take the short drive to College Station. Located about 20 minutes from Kyle Field and less than 10 minutes to several restaurants. Whatever you decide to do during your stay, Nanny & Pa's house is a place to make wonderful memories.

The house and location are amazing and the hosts are even more amazing! We stayed here for my wife’s doctoral graduation from A&M. We had our two boys with us and some family that stayed nearby. We were greeted with a congratulations cake for my wife. My boots and their cousins enjoyed the fishing at their pond and getting to run around. The hosts were amazing to our children. The house and property are beautiful and it’s just a short drive into College Station. My boys are already asking when we can visit again!

Our family celebrated our son’s Bush School graduation. This was a perfect place for a comfortable family get together! The country setting was relaxing, but it was an easy trip into town. The hosts thought of everything from bug spray to firewood. They even left a celebratory cookie for him!

This home wants location was more than we expected! The photos don’t do it justice. The history and story about this house added even more charm! This was the perfect location for us to stay for our son’s A&M graduation. We had plenty of space for a small friend and family gathering and even could not stop saying how amazing the home and property are! We will definitely recommend this home to others and will stay again!! The owner Karen made our visit even more special by leaving a special treat and card in honor of my son’s graduation. She was very welcoming and everything was very wasy!
