Lovin' the SANND boasts a private pool, covered patio with an outdoor TV, wireless internet, beautiful décor, and a great view of the canal lagoon. The recently constructed guest house is home to the third bedroom, bathroom, has a private living area, and kitchenette. Grab one of the 2 included kayaks and go for a ride to see dolphins in the canal, or one of the 4 adult bikes included for a relaxing ride to the beach to watch sunset. Located in the City of Anna Maria, this property is a brief walk from the beach, fabulous shopping, and fine dining. If you don't feel like walking, take advantage of Anna Maria's free trolley which will take you from the one end of the island to the other. Golf Cart rentals are convenient and fun. The property had everything you can imagine. We are a family of 4 with two teens. We loved the location. It was great to be able to walk and bike (bikes provided) to Pine Ave shops and restaurants as well as the beach. We spent so much time in the luxurious pool. The porch swing facing the lagoon is a nice place to relax, read, and enjoy the view. The spa was a plus too. The beds were all comfy. The extra room in the guest house was really convenient. Anna Maria is such an amazing place to visit. Everything about Loving the Sannd was top notch. Would certainly return.

Loved everything about the house. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as plenty of bath and beach towels. The pool area was where we spent the majority of our time as well as watching TV outdoors. We would definitely come back!
