Great space in a fantastic location. It was let down by the dirty floor. Walking in bare feet on the floor left us with quite black soles, also same with the airline slippers. Obviously it had been swept but not mopped.

Though alittle tricky regarding accessing the flat, what with day of week and where to access, the passcode works as described and the access locations work as described. The property is clean, well equipped and we lacked nothing. The staff was available prior to our arrival and we could communicate via email. Very satisfied.

The apartment and location in central Bologna are exceptional. The cleaning and new linen halfway through the week were very welcome - and unexpected!Our only issue was leaving the apartment. On Saturday and Sunday Bologna town center is closed to traffic and we had to walk 12 mins with our cases to get a cab. This was a problem because we are elderly. It would have been helpful if we had known about this beforehand.
