About this cottage rental
Located in the coastal fishing village of Steinhatchee Florida. Come Scallop Season which is June 15 until Labor day weekend and harvest your own Scallops, and explore the unique area. River and Gulf fishing is great here. Seafood restaurants and Marinas adorn this lovely village. Festivals and Fishing Tournaments are constant here. Every weekend there is something going on. We are pet friendly. October through March we cater to those who would like to spend their winter in Florida with reasonable monthly rates. Come enjoy.

Great homebase in Steinhatchee for my work trip. Nothing super fancy, but had everything I needed. Cozy, comfortable, clean, functional and secure. At 6'3" I'm probably the max height for the shower, as its under the loft and was a little tight, but that's just tall people problems and I managed. Laundry is communal in a building right outside of unit. Hardworking and very friendly Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Relocated to Steinhatchee and stayed here while searching for an apt. Good location and Mary was very accomodating when I needed to tweak my stay requirement. Worth looking into.
