About this house rental
Welcome to Yarmouth! This cozy ocean-view home is just a short drive from the CAT Ferry, downtown Yarmouth, beautiful beaches, and the Cape Forchu Lighthouse. Relax on the newly updated deck with outdoor dining, a cozy propane fireplace, and stunning views of the town. In the backyard, gather around the fire pit under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a recently renovated bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. DoorDash is available for added convenience.
There is one room with a queen bed, and one room with a double bed. There is also a pull out couch that could sleep two people. The ceilings in this house are only about 7 feet tall, and it is a small home. Another thing to note is that it’s a tight fit for a truck in the driveway so you can either park on an angle or on the lawn. The house is close to the road. Also, we have been told that putting in 509 yarmouth bar road works better for the GPS :)

Overall, it was a very good place to stay. Garet was responsive, which meant a lot to me.Pros:-Location to the CAT ferry, Cape Forchu lighthouse and Rudder's which is a good place to eat if you like casual restaurants. Everything is close by.-Comfortable beds, nice living room and nice view to Yarmouth.-Easy check-out process.Cons:-I know other reviewers (in the guestbook) liked plants, but I don't really. They took up valuable spots to place your stuff in the bedroom.-Couldn't figure out how to use the TV, but the internet access was fine, so I used my own apps on my phone.-Bathroom needs a renovation, but was okay for a two-night stay.Garet gave me some good recommendations on places to visit and eat. If in Yarmouth again, I would consider his place.

The house is cute and cozy, with an amazing porch perfect for stargazing! We were a short drive away from shops and restaurants, and the view out to the water was nice.

Kitchen was very well equipped. Ownwe was ver responsive when plumbing fix needed. Pet back yard was very handy. Close to town made business stay very convenient.
