Property was clean and hosts were attentive. Great views and the fire pit was perfect! We enjoyed our s’mores and ability to cook every night. Right outside Colorado Springs but close enough that we never felt like we had to drive super far for the attractions.

This place… exceeded every expectation I had and then some.You know when something looks incredible in photos, but you still prepare yourself for reality to hit a little different?Yeah… this wasn’t that.I pulled up and just sat there for a second… taking it in. The landscape, the stillness, the way everything just felt intentional. The views don’t just impress you—they slow you down. The kind of beauty that makes you breathe a little deeper without realizing it.Inside? Every detail was dialed in. Clean, elevated, comfortable in a way that makes you instantly feel at home—but better. This wasn’t just a stay… it was an experience.The privacy? Next level.No noise. No distractions. Just you, your thoughts, and a view that reminds you what peace actually feels like.Waking up, laying in bed, looking out into the skyline… stars everywhere…That kind of quiet hits different. That kind of sleep? You don’t get that back in the real world.And the fire pit…That’s where time disappears. Conversations get deeper. Or you just sit there, saying nothing… because you don’t need to.This place didn’t just give me a getaway it shifted something in me.It actually inspired me to build something like this of my own one day. The tiny retreat was more like an RV. The description lacked detail of letting us know there was water restriction. Each time you run the water it works off of a water tank and is very noisy. One flush makes the tank make noise for about 10 minutes give or take.
Also, it rained quite a bit which was nice but the skyline above the bed leaks. My husband woke up drenched.
Otherwise, it was very clean and really cute. Close to places to eat and a grocery store.
