Check in was fast, the management company was a bit difficult to get ahold of at times. Overall, the property was excellent and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Wonderlake Resort. The house and property are beautiful. The 6 of us were very comfortable with space to be together and room to spread out when we wanted time to ourselves. Nani was welcoming and responsive. We'll definitely stay again the next time we visit Miami.

This property is off the charts 10/10. We had 6 couples and did not leave the property due to the complete entertainment factor and the view is spectacular. The house is as nice as it appears, newly remodeled, nice rooms, and clean. The hot tub was great. Our only watch out is that the pool was NOT heated. Several other reviews called this issue out as well, I took a chance, and even though I confirmed two days prior to our arrival, the pool did NOT heat during our entire visit. That was our major disappointment. So if you book it, come expecting to NOT have a heated pool. Communication was average. I provided feedback to the company and they were very responsive/appreciative.

The unresponsiveness of the property owner made the three days at the house much more challenging than they should've been. Despite confirming the day before the rental that the pool was 80-85 degrees, it (and the hot tub) were frigid upon entry. The pool never did heat--an issue that was exacerbated with temperatures below 45 degrees--and the lack of instructions as to how to use the hot tub, combined with the amount of time it took for it to heat up once we finally did receive instructions, deprived us of its use for the majority of the trip. There was also a piece of chicken sitting at the bottom of the pool, and no instructions on how to use the stovetop (who knew that special "inductor" pans were required?), which required yet another call to the property owner. The activities at the house are great and the property is in close proximity to Miami Beach, Wynwood, and Brickell. But unfortunately, the inability to use the primary amenities that were advertised put quite a damper on the trip.
