About this house rental
Come and stay at one of the original Litchfield Country Club cottages, located in the heart of LCC golf course (Pawleys Island’s first golf course opened in 1966), next to the driving range and across from the country club. This spacious home can sleep up to 12 guests, with plenty of interior living space and four primary bedrooms, each bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a 75" Amazon + Roku smart TV in the living room and 55" Amazon + Roku smart TVs in each bedroom. Outdoor space includes a screened porch area in the front of the house and a patio with a grill and firepit out back. Kickback and relax at your home away from home, or get out and enjoy everything Pawleys Island and the surrounding area has to offer.
Bed linens, bath towels, starter paper products and toiletries are included.

Very welcoming environment, had the lights and porch fans on just like we were coming ‘home’. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. We were a group of 6 women and each stated that this place was the best any of us have stayed at for a VRBO; excellent all around and, our host was in contact with me from start to finish. Can’t praise the host and home enough!!

The home was tastefully decorated and an unbelievable amount of supplies. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent communication. In the middle of a bunch of golf courses. Right next to a driving range. Great setup for a foursome golf group. We had four couples and the four bedrooms with en suites worked out perfectly.
