About this cabin rental
This 600 sq. ft. cabin is located on a quiet street, just minutes from Historic Downtown Bristol, Hard Rock Casino, 1-81, The Pinnacle Shopping, and plenty of great hiking spots nearby. The Bristol Motor Speedway is less than 10 miles away, and the Virginia Creeper Trail is a short 20 minute drive. Follow us on IG @overlookcabinbristolva. The cabin was originally built in 1926, but underwent complete renovation in 2022. It features pine hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, and a full kitchen with a Keurig Coffee maker. The living room features a reclining leather sofa, gas fireplace, and a 50” Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO MAX. The bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a 32” Roku TV, and a private balcony overlooking Downtown Bristol and the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a charcoal grill, gas grill, and wood burning fire pit in the backyard.

One small set of stairs is required to enter
The mountain/valley view is not as visible during summer months due to the tree growth

Nice place with everything needed in convenient location. Bonus is the little deck off the bedroom is up in the tree canopy so it’s kind of like a tree house. Nice place to sit and listen to the birds etc.

We loved staying here! My fiancé and I stayed with our dog for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean, up to date, and welcoming! They had basic amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oils, pots and pans, and a coffee maker! They also left us a very sweet welcome package with a toy for our dog and several snacks! The area is up high with a great view and no issues with neighbors. We appreciated our time here and would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at this cabin. Its cozy clean and although on a residential street, it was very quiet. I would definitely choose this cabin again!

Joshua was an excellent host! The cabin was very clean and welcoming. The property is also so conveniently located to everything. We hope to be back soon!
