About this house rental
Welcome to the EPIC Weeki Paddle House. This single family 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath home is located on a deep water canal and is a 5 minute paddle to Hospital Hole and the Weeki Wachee River. There is a floating dock to enjoy the sunsets and secure your boat. Our home has been completely remodeled and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, cell signal booster and has all the accessories to ensure a comfortable vacation. Main bedroom has a king size bed , 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and bunk beds for the kids. Living room has leather couches and Florida room has couch with bar top and shuffleboard table! Property is perfect for families! Please ask us about a discounted weeki paddle board tour through our partners at EPIC Outfitters. We include 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks with property. Wonderful stay! We loved swimming off the floating dock and taking the kayaks out for a quick paddle to the main river. The home was beautiful, spotless, and had strong A/C, much appreciated. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great spot from which to explore the Weeki Wachee and Spring Hill area. Our family of four used the kayaks (2 single and 1 double), and two paddleboards almost daily during our visit and appreciated not having to rent additional gear. For our early April visit, nearly all of our daily manatee sightings were in the canals before we got to the river. Pretty neat! The house itself was quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen was well enough equipped for us to prepare many of our meals. Jonathan was super responsive and helpful when we had questions, and we would happily stay here again.

The place was clean and well equipped. The outside area could use a little love. It definitely needed an umbrella or some type of coverage in the back as it was too hot to enjoy during the day. The property sits right on a canal but a short paddle boat ride will get you to the pretty waterways.
