Welcome to the Niangua Lodge! This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has lots of sleeping space and boasts of breathtaking VIEWS OF TABLE ROCK LAKE as well as all the entertainment options available for a vacation full of amazing memories!
The Space:
Welcome to our spacious five-bedroom retreat! Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, with king beds in Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5, and two bunk beds in Bedroom 2, plus two queen beds in Bedroom 3. Outside, you'll find a private oasis with amenities galore. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool, shared with just five homes, or enjoy the breathtaking views from the outdoor living area. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard. And when it's time to relax, sink into the hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking supplies you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Or fire up the gas grill on the patio for a BBQ with a view of the Ozark hills. Whether you're indoors or outdoors, this retreat has everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities just across the parking lot, an OUTDOOR POOL (open seasonally) and a wonderful children's PLAYGROUND!
The Neighborhood:
One of Branson's newest lake communities, Chateau Ridge delivers picturesque view of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. Only 5 homes on the very top of the hill with the BEST view in Branson.
Getting Around:
Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. We had a wonderful multifamily stay and would happily return. A few minor things held us back from giving 5 stars. The layout was ideal for a larger group — the many bedrooms with attached baths made getting ready each day stress‑free. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax and spend time together without feeling crowded. The view of Table Rock Lake and sunsets from the upper deck were enjoyed by all. Plenty of parking. The location put us close to many activities. A great spot for families or groups looking for convenience, comfort, and room to spread out.

We LOVED our stay here. We traveled with 6 adults and kids ages 8, 5, 2, and 1. 3 tubs, one on each level, made it easy to bathe kids. The playground was great for the 2 and 1 year old and easily in walking distance. Pretty drive in, it was very quiet overnight. The kids appreciated the TV in the room at bed time. We will certainly be back when the whole family comes again!

Property was perfectly described, and the number of bathrooms was a dream come true for our large family. Beautiful view from the second floor porch area. The host communicated by email several times, which was lovely. Definitely will use again when we return to Branson. Comfortable beds and kitchen was great.

The property very clean & amazing views of the lake. We had 10 people and hand plenty of room. It was nice being on top of the hill, close to town but country feel.High recommended.
