Charming modern apartment with balcony in Bologna, ideal for couples.
The accommodation, located on the first floor of a building with lift, opens onto a complete living area with single sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony with outdoor dining table. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed. The layout is completed by a guest bathroom and a bathroom with bidet and shower.

Bologna, known as the Dotta being the seat of the oldest University in the West, the Grassa for its gastronomic excellence and the Rossa for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre, which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese accompanied by the renowned DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! The central train station is approximately 20 minutes on foot and 15 minutes by car, whilst the airport can be reached by car in approximately 25 minutes.

A well equipped spacious apartment in an excellent, central location. Comfortable, with a strong shower and a separate utility room and 2 bathrooms added to our enjoyment plus a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher.The balcony is not outward facing, therefore with no view. We would visit Caldarese apartment again.
