The home has two full bathrooms, including one with a tub/shower combination.

**Kitchen & Laundry**

The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, cookware, dishes, and basic items needed for cooking during a longer stay. The home also includes in-unit laundry, making it especially convenient for midterm guests.

**Outdoor Space**

**Rental Agreement Required**

A signed Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided. If the Rental Agreement is not signed, guests will not receive access to the property and will not receive a refund for the stay.

**Check-In**

Official check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this window, our team is available to assist with arrival-related issues, including door codes, locks, WiFi, and access questions.

Guests may still use self check-in after 8:00 PM; however, live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties reported after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day.

By choosing to arrive after 8:00 PM, guests accept responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM.

We strongly recommend arriving during the 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM check-in window for the smoothest experience.
