Beach Blast is a bright and breezy Gulf-front condo, located just steps from the sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters of North Cape San Blas.

Inside, the open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is filled with natural light thanks to oversized windows that showcase ocean views from nearly every angle.
The living room features plush, comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and a queen-size futon for additional sleeping space.
The dining area seats up to eight, with room for four more at the breakfast bar—perfect for shared meals or game nights.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, serving platters, utensils, and both a standard drip and K-Cup coffee maker.

Down the hall, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
The first bedroom on the right features a queen bed, smart TV, and beautiful ocean views.
The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed perfect for kids.
Across the hall is the first full bath with a shower/tub combo. Just outside the bathroom is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
At the end of the hallway is the primary king suite, complete with stunning ocean views, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

This was a beautiful property with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was quiet and right on the beach. The unit was clean with normal signs of wear and tear. There were cozy touches; like throws and puzzles. It had low end dishes and cookware, but they were functional. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you don’t want to do laundry, but the included washer and dryer worked well. The view was amazing and the fact that you only need go down the stairs and be right on the beach is a huge bonus! There are a lot of people fishing on the beach, but everyone acted respectful of each other’s space. It is a long beach and you can get all of your steps in easy!

It was right on the beach and gorgeous! The main front door opens to the master bedroom but that wasn’t a big deal for us. There is another back door. It’s a great property!

Beautiful home with very comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood.The only unfortunate thing was that we could not check in at 4:00, because the cleaners were still cleaning. The owner or manager was very responsive.
