This unique waterfront home will not disappoint, offering several spaces for everyone to enjoy their time. The home has two levels, connected by stairs, that offer different amenities to our guests. Enjoy stunning water views of Philippi Creek throughout your stay.
On the upper level, you'll find the main living area, kitchen, and 3 of the home's 4 bedrooms. An elevator is installed for your convenience if you'd rather not use the stairs. The living/family room, with its large TV, cozy wood paneling, and high ceiling, invites everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing family meals a pleasure, with gadgets including a coffee maker, electric kettle, smoothie maker, microwave, roaster, crockpot, and toaster.
If you don't feel like cooking, wonderful restaurants and delicious cuisine are nearby. The breakfast bar and formal dining area offer space for family meals, and the kitchen opens to the living area. The home flows beautifully from the indoor living space to the wrap-around deck, which offers additional seating and spectacular canal views — a great place to unwind with a sunset drink or enjoy morning coffee.
Three bright, beautifully decorated bedrooms sit on the upper level, with lovely attention to detail. The spacious master suite has plenty of closet space and a TV for quiet time, plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. All bedrooms have large closets with coat hangers. One guest bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for little guests, and the two guest bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All three bedrooms have blinds for a great night's sleep.
As if the upper level didn't have it all, it's time to take your vacation to the next level! The first-floor level has a private resident suite with a separate bathroom, its own large TV, a couch, and 2 queen beds — it can also work as an office for quiet time. The bathroom with a shower also serves as a pool bath.
The lower level features a spacious living area connecting to an amazing outdoor space overlooking the water. Enjoy TV and drinks in one of the seating areas, unwind on the patio swing, or play a round of darts. Spend time with family and friends in the enclosed air-conditioned game room playing pool or shuffleboard, or try a round of cornhole. All seating areas have TVs so you can relax and watch the game together.
Sit, sip, and relax at your private Tiki bar while watching the Florida marine wildlife. Take a splash in the stunning infinity pool that lights up at night for an amazing atmosphere, or relax in the private jacuzzi overlooking Philippi Creek. A gas BBQ is provided for delicious dinners on the private main patio. Set on a very wide part of the canal, the residence offers plenty of privacy — the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Beach equipment is provided for your convenience.
The outdoor area offers plenty of space for fun and games, plus sun loungers for soaking up the sun. The private boat dock can be used to fish or to dock a boat rented from a local company — if you're interested, let us know ahead of time so we can help establish the contact and work out details. You may also dock your own boat. The owners' boat is on-site (on the boat lift) but cannot be rented or used by guests. A double kayak and stand-up paddleboards are available to explore Philippi Creek and surrounding areas (use at your own risk).
There is so much to enjoy in this home on all levels, and the choice is yours! The home is fully equipped with a washer and dryer plus high-speed internet and WiFi. All TVs are Smart TVs with cable access — 8 TVs in total!
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional charge of $20/night; please inquire separately about pool heating and we'll be happy to help. Parking is available on-site for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway, plus on-street parking. The garage is not available to guests.
Per City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights. We had an amazing time at Dolphin Cove! The property was clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. The amenities were some of the best we’ve experienced—everything from the fully stocked kitchen to the relaxing outdoor space made our stay super comfortable. It’s also in a perfect location, just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, which made beach days a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Sarasota!

House was in a great Location. It probably took 15 to 20 minutes to get to Siesta Key Beach with traffic. Hayley and Austin went above and beyond they were fast to respond to concerns that we had. My only complaint was that we found eight cockroaches during our stay. Hayley and Austin were there later in the day to bring us traps and spray and they also paid for dinner on the last night, which was super nice of them. I would give this place 10 out of 10, but unfortunately, I cannot because of the cockroaches, hopefully they get that taken care of, but I cannot say enough good things about the management company that runs this house.

This is the perfect place to stay--minutes from Siesta Key Beach, close to downtown and restaurants. It has everything you could need from your own private pool and jacuzzi, a large game room, multiple outdoor sitting areas, and kayaks available for this waterfront property. Very clean, spacious and comfortable!!There is an elevator available if needed.
