The property is in a great location. The cot was broken and so that was disappointing. The other beds were very comfortable. The linens were great and the unit is well equipped. A larger coffee pot would be a beneficial upgrade. Host was attentive and friendly.D Blair

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this basement apartment and then rented it for a second week. It was clean, spacious and bright and conveniently located near the university area. The patio/courtyard was a quiet space to sit during the warm days that we experienced. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of stores and restaurants, and close to Nose Hill Park. Coffee and green tea are supplied, but no other amenities (like cooking oil or spices) for cooking. The beds were comfortable but on the softer side. We would definitely rent again.

We were bringing our dtr to UCalgary (her 1st year) and we liked that we were only 7 mins away from the University. The home was cozy and was perfect for the 5 of us. David was quick to respond and responded to every text. Absolutely will be staying here again
