All units are directly on the ocean with private balconies. A full complement of kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and TV and internet in each unit. Covered parking with gated entry. We proudly provide on-site property management for condominium owners. A comfortable living area provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from your balcony. New Smyrna Beach has miles of beautiful beach to walk on, ride a bike, or just relax in the Sun. Amenities offered are Sauna, Shuffleboard, and Heated Pool.

The condo was beautiful and very well maintained, had everything we needed. Only problem, we are older and was a strenuous process getting up and down all the steps with our beach gear and getting onto the beach. Hopefully things will be better when renovations are complete. We enjoyed our stay, just didn't get to go out to the beach as much as we would have liked.
