This upstairs unit is part of a four-plex, meaning there are neighboring walls, and guests should note there are approximately 16 steps leading up to the front door.

This was booked for a honeymoon and we had a good stay. House was clean and accommodating. Bathtub was awesome. The only downside was the beds were pretty awful. We’ve stayed in a LOT of airb’s and these beds were probably the worst we’ve stayed on. In the upside at least it incentivized up to get up and go places

I wish I could give a better review but there are just too many issues with this property. First the good. The location is conveniently located to the heart of Branson, but still far enough away to avoid the chaos of the entertainment district. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated, especially for the holiday, and the cabin has many amenities. Communication with the property owner was very quick and good. Now the bad. The parking is not great. The driveway leading into the location is very steep. If there is snow or ice, there will be issues. You have to walk up and down the driveway to take the trash to the dumpster. Although the property has many amenities, the fixtures and appliances seem dated and worn. The refrigerator went out during our stay. The property owner worked hard to address the issue, but a new part was required so we ended up relying on ice chests to keep our food fresh. The outside light for the stairs was burned out, making going up and down the stairs after dark a challenge. Lastly, this unit was advertised as sleeping 6 (in some parts of the write up, it even says 7-8 people). This is not accurate, as we had 6 people and it was a stretch; there are only 4 chairs for the dining room table, 5 comfortable seats in the living room (3 on the sofa and 2 comfy chairs). There were 6 six chairs on the deck, but with temps ranging from the high 20's-40's, we didn't spend much time outside.
