Your cozy retreat to this relaxing and private studio to seek a reprieve from the urban life.
Designed for solo travelers or couples, this studio’s small square footage has been carefully remodeled to utilize the space efficiently. Window views of high desert landscape, mountains and a seasonal river will make you feel like you’re gazing into a painting.
This recently remodeled studio provides single travelers or couples with everything they could want in a place for rest and relaxation, while simultaneously serving as a perfect hub for traveling to various natural attractions within AZ.
Pack lightly as you will find that this studio provides everything you need from kitchenware, table for eating/working, a murphy/wall bed, 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer combo, 65” smart tv and so forth.
Spend your days breathing in the fresh air while looking out over the flowing river and colorful desert sunsets, then later gazing up at the desert sky’s star constellations. Mornings can be spent enjoying coffee overlooking the river while the sun rises and listening to the diverse songs of local birds. For the more adventurous there are countless outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, and ATV riding that can all be done within walking distance or a short trip to trailheads.
Smart TV installed in the house and capable of streaming any of your subscribed app services such as Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, etc.
*River is seasonal and is dry up to 6-9 months out of the year. We can provide updates on the river status for guests. It is traditionally running during Winter time
**There is a main house and guest house on the property that are both available for short term renting as well and can be booked through Airbnb. This can be suitable for larger groups that would like to travel together but have their own space. Listings for both below:

Perfect little get away studio. Quiet nights without noise or nosey neighbors. Studio was laid out nicely and had everything you'd need to stay for a while. Only nitpick I have was the Murphy bed. I'm a tall guy and had to sleep at an angle. A/C was working well enough to beat the 100 degree heat.

Great value. Ac worked good. Lots of parking. Close to everything. Very peaceful and quiet area. We rode our sxs everywhere from the property.
