About this house rental
Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Flint, Lake Palestine, and the greater Tyler area. This terrific property boasts 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, and day bed in the office space (in the features, it’s listed as a twin bed because there was no option to select ‘day bed’). With 2 well-appointed bathrooms, one featuring a jetted jacuzzi bathtub, guests can relax and unwind in soothing comfort. The living room offers additional space with a large, cozy chaise sofa, which can sleep two.
The primary bedroom, as well as guest bedroom 1, both feature black out shades/curtains for late nights and lazy mornings. The beds in both of these rooms are incredibly comfortable, while still maintaining excellent support.
There is ample closet space in all three bedrooms, with hangers provided. The third bedroom is outfitted as an office space with a desk, as well as the above-mentioned daybed.
The full, spacious kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, as well as a large KitchenAid refrigerator with built-in freezer.
The home is situated on a lush half-acre property, most of which is comprised of the privacy-fenced backyard, which is home to beautiful, mature pines. The back patio is outfitted with sleek outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the quiet, peaceful nights.
High-speed wireless internet is provided, as well as a TV in the living area. Keyless entry for easy, yet safe access. 2-car garage with one available parking space, as well as multiple parking spaces in the driveway.

I cannot say enough about this property. Our stay was VERY restful. Both of the bedrooms beds were so comfortable and the decor set such a serene atmosphere that was so restful! The location is great: close to supermarkets, but secluded and away from day to day noise. My husband and I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to everyone who has a busy life with the need for the occasional (or frequent) R&R!
