Brand new home in a new peaceful community equipped with new appliances. Community near schools and fast food restaurants. 4 minute drive to a public golf course ⛳️, 25 minute drive to downtown Dallas 🌃. The house is fully secured with ADT security (no indoor cameras for privacy). Washer and dryer ready for use !

I have stayed at this property a couple of times. The house is always very clean and stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoy being able to enjoy the picnic table. The only suggestion we have is to get a couple of recliners or ottomans so people could stretch their legs out.
