Situated on 145-acres and boasting of over 12 acres of freshwater lakes are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature live oaks with lots of walking trails. Kingston Plantation has 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, restaurants, beach bars, Starbucks coffee shop, and ocean front restaurants. Dining options include The Coastal Grill, Cafe' Amalfi, Vintage Twelve and Intermission (featuring Starbucks Coffee) Our guests will not have access to the pools nor waterpark at the Embassy Suites or Hilton. You will be able to patronize all the cafes, poolside bars and restaurants though! The spa and fitness center is open to the public, but is not included with your rental. You can however for a fee go to Spa 33 that offers a full menu of spa services and hair salon. The workout center at Kingston Plantation is called 78Fitness. It features cardio and strength-training equipment, and offers personalized training plans and fitness classes and pickle ball and tennis courts (for a fee)
A new addition to Kingston is the Black Drum Brew house opened in 2022 is a 2 story open air brewery located on the grounds at Kinston Plantation, It is the newest restaurant at Kingston Resorts and showcases the best local fare in a comfortable setting. All 40 beers on tap come from the states of North and South Carolina and the entire menu is Carolina born and brewed. Share small plates and appetizers, try fresh seafood, and house-smoked meats while enjoying ocean views. Order a craft beer at the outdoor beer garden and play favorite yard games such as cornhole in the new event space. Also discover Starbucks Coffee and several more oceanfront restaurants. Guest has access to the beach, the pools located within the St. James Park/ Windermere by the Sea community and pool just across the footbridge in the back yard, as well as the Beach Club Pool (located ocean side between the North and South Hampton high rise buildings.

We loved our stay. The ocean was right there. The pool was right there and clean with bathroom. Beach chairs provide with a cost. The only thing I wish the property provided was at least two beach chairs.

This property deserves 5 star everything was ready for us when we got there! Amazing views, comfortable beds, and completely stocked up on all kitchen appliances! Short walk to the beach we love staying this is our 3rd year look forward to many more stays!

Large spacious balcony!!!

The condo unit itself was fine. The amenities was not all that good. First of all, you have to drive 8 miles away to get a key to let you in the buildilng, and into the condo. When you leave, you have to drive the same distance to drop off the keys. Being that you're a guess and not a resident, the only door you are allowed to enter is the front door to the building. When you leave the beach, you have to walk all the way around to the front of the building to use the key to get in, since guests are not allowed to use the access code to the other doors. There is an indoor pool, and supposedly an outdoor pool, but the guests are not allowed to use the pools unless you pay a 20.00 deposit to the manager on site. We never saw anyone to pay this deposit to. Per the instructions we were given, it said we are to put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher at checkout and turn it on. We were not given any dishwashing detergent. The instructions gave two phone numbers to call for cleaning needs. One to a Ricardo, and one to I believe was Sarah. We left messages at both these numbers, and noone called back. We called the realty place that rented us the condo, and they said the dishwashing detergent was in the convenience packet that is on the counter. When I said that there was no convenience packet, and that must be why we were missing so many items in the kitchen and bathrooms, she did not know how to respond.
